Return Policy

Return is only applicable in case the product is damaged upon opening. Items are eligible for return 24 hours after initial delivery by the courier service. However, if there is a national holiday, the order can be returned on the first working business day afterward.

To be eligible to return an item, the item must be in the same condition you received it in. Item must be in its original poly bubble mail packaging (freebies not to be included in the return).

If the return is accepted, you will have to dispatch the item to the nearest courier to our address. The return charges for the item to the courier will have to be paid for by the customer. WE DO NOT OFFER REVERSE PICK-UP DELIVERY SERVICES.

Once we have received and observed the returned item, we shall begin processing the return payment via bank transfer. The return process will take 5-6 working days so please stay patient.

Items not eligible for return:

• Items that you have decided you do not like

• Colors and designs vary from expectations

• If the wrong size is ordered in case of art prints, knowingly or accidentally

• Used items
