1. How can I place an order?

Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow the instructions:

To order:

• Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout

• Enter all the required information

• Choose a payment method

• Click ‘place order’

2. How are the orders confirmed?

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a fraud status check and, once cleared by our payment processor, will be processed further. If the fraud status returns 'failed', the order is cancelled automatically. For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 4 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be cancelled.

3. Can I modify the order?

Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once the order has been placed.

4. Can I exchange the article I ordered online?

The order placed online cannot be exchanged unless there is a default in the piece. All orders need to be sent back within 24 hours of shipment.

5. What payment options do I have?

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Bank Transfer

6. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are a standard Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 1500.

7. When will I receive my order?

Order processing takes around 1-2 days. After the order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive it within 5-7 working days.

8. Where do you deliver?

We deliver all across Pakistan. Our art knows no bounds within the country.

9. What is the quality of the products like?

Rest assured that we handpick the materials our illustrations are printed on. They are of high quality and optimal sturdiness.

10. Can the order be gift-wrapped?

We currently do not offer gift wrapped items or shopping bags in online orders.

11. Do you make custom illustrations?

Our resident artist creates commission pieces (portraits, album art, or other custom designs) based on her availability. Please note that charges for custom artworks vary from products on this website, and will be decided upon based on the nature of the task.
